Who we are
Debound (“Debound”, “we”, “us”) is run by Debound, LLC, 2810 North Church Street, STE 90699, Wilmington, DE 19802. We are an AI automation and design agency. This policy covers https://debound.com and the text messages and emails we send.
What we collect
- What you give us: your email address, your mobile phone number if you choose to give it, and the message you write in our contact form or send us by email or text.
- What your browser sends: your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit and the date and time. Our host, Cloudflare, uses this to deliver the site and block abuse.
- Your text message consent: when you agreed, the number, and the wording you agreed to.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and to book and run calls.
- To send the text messages you agreed to (see “Text messaging” below).
- To run, secure and improve the website and to prevent spam and abuse.
- To meet legal duties, including keeping records of text message consent.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and tick the box that agrees to receive text messages, Debound will text you about your enquiry and about our services: replies to your questions, call and appointment scheduling and reminders, follow-ups, and occasional offers and updates about Debound's AI automation and design services.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We use service providers, such as our messaging carrier, only to deliver the messages for us. They may not use your number for anything else.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email builders@debound.com. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying anything from us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business (hosting, email, messaging delivery, calendar and CRM tools), each only for that purpose, and with authorities when the law requires it. Mobile numbers and text consent are never shared for marketing, as described above.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we are talking with you and for up to three years after, and consent records for as long as the law asks us to. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Cookies
The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set security cookies needed to deliver the site and stop abuse.
Your choices and rights
- Stop texts: reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation and nothing more.
- Ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop emails: write to builders@debound.com.
- If you live in a place with privacy laws (such as California), you may have extra rights to know, delete and correct your data and to not be discriminated against for using them. We will answer within the time the law allows.
Security
We use encrypted connections and limit who can see enquiries. No method of sending data is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Children
The site is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version here and change the date at the top.
