Agreement
These terms are between you and Debound, LLC, 2810 North Church Street, STE 90699, Wilmington, DE 19802 (“Debound”). By using https://debound.com or asking us for work, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Our services
Debound is an AI automation and design agency. Work for a client is covered by a written proposal or agreement that sets the scope, price and timing. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins. Nothing on this site is a promise of a particular result.
Using the site
- Use the site and contact form only for lawful purposes and in good faith.
- Do not send spam, malware or anything harmful, try to break or probe the site, or scrape it in a way that harms it.
- The site, its design, text, images and code belong to Debound or its licensors. You may view it and share links, but not copy it for your own use without our written permission.
Text messaging program terms
By giving us your mobile number and ticking the consent box on our contact form, you agree to receive text messages from Debound at that number, including messages sent with an automatic telephone dialing system. This is the Debound text messages program.
- What we send: replies to your enquiry, call and appointment scheduling and reminders, follow-ups about your project, and occasional offers and updates about Debound's AI automation and design services.
- How often: message frequency varies, depending on your enquiry and what you ask us for.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. Debound does not charge for the messages.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to cancel at any time. We will send one confirmation and then stop. You can also email builders@debound.com. You can opt back in at any time by filling in the form again or by replying START.
- Help: Reply HELP for help, or email builders@debound.com.
- Not a condition of purchase: you do not have to agree to texts to buy from us or to get a reply to your enquiry. You can contact us by email instead.
- Carriers: carriers and mobile providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network.
- Your number: you promise that the number is yours (or you may use it), and you will tell us if you give it up or change it, so we do not text someone else.
- Privacy: how we handle your number and consent is in our Privacy Policy. We never share mobile numbers or text consent with third parties for marketing.
- Supported carriers: the major US carriers. Availability may vary.
Third-party sites
The site links to other sites, including our demo and portfolio sites. We are not responsible for sites we do not run.
Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. Demo sites and templates use placeholder content.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Debound is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of the site, and our total liability for anything arising from the site is limited to $100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Delaware have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
